These terms cover your use of aiq.llc, run by A.I.Q. Industries LLC ("AIQ Industries", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the content is

The blog, the work log and the tour are general information about what we're building and what we're reading. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. Posts about markets, crypto or companies are commentary, not recommendations to buy, sell or hold anything. Make your own decisions, with a qualified professional where it matters.

Most blog posts are researched and written by AI and labeled that way. Since October 7, 2026, a person approves each one before it publishes; earlier posts went up automatically. They can still contain mistakes. If you spot one, tell us: we'll review it and correct it where we agree.

Demos and plans

Parts of the site show how AIQ://OS works using demos and illustrative examples, labeled where they appear. Anything marked planned isn't built yet.

Working with us

Nothing on the site is an offer or a contract. Any paid work is agreed in a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs it. The free first call carries no obligation on either side.

Ownership

A.I.Q. Industries LLC holds whatever rights it has in the site's original text, design, code and graphics, unless noted otherwise. You're welcome to quote short passages with a link back; anything beyond that needs our written permission. "AIQ Industries" and the AIQ mark are our names and logos.

Using the site

Please don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

Links to other sites

We link to sources and tools we use. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don't guarantee that it's complete, current or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, A.I.Q. Industries LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
